Spotlight on Queensland 

A virtual trade mission highlighting major opportunities in Queensland to UK headquartered companies.

Queensland is Australia’s second largest state geographically (nearly seven times the size of Great Britain) and has the third largest population. The state is encountering significant growth in infrastructure investments as part of its COVID recovery plan including a $520 million Government program to support major private sector investment across the state. Queensland has recently been formally announced as the host of the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Spotlight on Queensland will deep dive into the fastest growing sectors in Queensland,  highlighting opportunities to UK companies. The “Opportunities and support within the State” session will provide an chance to hear from key Queensland stakeholders who can assist UK companies in the Queensland market. Senior Government and business speakers will provide further clarity and insight on the opportunities in Queensland.

Applications for the Spotlight on Queensland 2021 event close on Tuesday 10 August 2021. Please ensure that you fill out the application form completely as we will not be able to accept applications that do not contain complete responses.

Restrictions

Open to UK companies only. Due to platform restrictions, we can only accept 1 attendee per UK company.
